Helping Homeowners Understand Their Options
Helping Homeowners Understand Their Options

The current economy has caused stress and confusion for many homeowners. Many are facing an uncertain future due to involuntary relocations, divorce, unforseen medical expenses, forced layoffs, loss of jobs, reduction in hours, and a topsy-turvy real estate market. All of these can be a devastating, emotional process for a homeowner to go through, and in many cases they do so alone.
Are You Feeling Overwhelmed?
Worried About How To Make Ends Meet?
Feeling Out of Control?
Wondering What to Do?
The answer is that you can take back control of your own destiny. That is what I and others like me want to help you to do.
If you purchased or refinanced your home in the last several years you most likely have plenty to be concerned about, especially if your financial circumstances have changed and you are either no longer able to afford your home, or, you have to sell it and it is not worth what you owe on it.
The Helping Neighbors in Need Program is a community coalition of profesional advisors who have joined together to help struggling and confused homeowners understand their options and choices.
As a Certified Home Rescue Expert (CHRE) and REALTOR® I have the expertise to help you understand the options available to you, to relieve the uncertainty and most of all, help your family.
These options may include avoiding foreclosure although that is not alway possible, nor is it necesarily the best outcome. My goal is to help you understand your options so you can make an informed decision.
